Andrew founded Aston & Williams as the Isle of Man’s first corporate advisory firm that would focus strictly on improving economic substance, whilst maintaining and delivering exceptional quality and solutions to those clients seeking an alternative to how businesses traditionally operate in the Island. 

Andrew owns, operates and is an investor in a number of technology, intellectual property, and advisory companies. After a successful exit in 2021, his focus has been to invest in small business start ups, providing guidance and assistance long the way. ​

Manola is an accomplished Client Relations Director with executive level experience across business process outsourcing, B2B software technology, and intellectual property sectors. She brings deep industry expertise in payment card solutions, operational strategy, and financial modelling.

Manola has been instrumental in driving the solutions that clients require to ensure control over their businesses, whilst ensuring adherence and compliance with economic substance.

Ty is a regulatory expert with deep experience across governance, compliance, and ESG. He has led major initiatives in both public and private sectors, including shaping gambling regulation, advancing sports integrity on international panels, and integrating Esports into regulatory frameworks.

In industry, Ty has held executive roles in online gaming and B2B software, driving licensing, AML, and corporate growth. As a Group Head of ESG, he developed strategies aligned with global standards and led high-impact corporate giving initiatives worldwide.
