ANDREW CRONIN

Andrew founded Aston & Williams as the Isle of Man’s first corporate advisory firm that would focus strictly on improving economic substance, whilst maintaining and delivering exceptional quality and solutions to those clients seeking an alternative to how businesses traditionally operate in the Island. 

Andrew owns, operates and is an investor in a number of technology, intellectual property, and advisory companies. After a successful exit in 2021, his focus has been to invest in small business start ups, providing guidance and assistance along the way. ​

Aston & Williams is at the forefront of doing business in the Isle of Man, and the team is designed to guide you through the Next Era in Offshore Business.

MANOLA PANAS

Manola is an accomplished Client Relations Director with executive level experience across business process outsourcing, B2B software technology, and intellectual property sectors. She brings deep industry expertise in payment card solutions, operational strategy, and financial modelling.

Manola has been instrumental in driving the solutions that clients require to ensure control over their businesses, whilst ensuring adherence and compliance with economic substance.

DAVID KEATES

David is an Isle of Man Advocate and Notary Public with a background in law, regulation and public service. He brings extensive experience in complex decision making, governance, investigations and advisory work, with a particular focus on practical solutions and sound commercial judgment.

Alongside his legal practice, David works closely with businesses, directors and private clients on governance, corporate structuring and strategic matters. His approach combines legal and regulatory insight with a strong understanding of the commercial realities facing owner managed and internationally focused businesses.

He is a Director and Shareholder of Aston & Williams, with a particular interest in developing the Group’s corporate services, private client and professional advisory offering.​

STEPHEN TRIMBLE 

Stephen is a strategic advisor with a track record of building and scaling businesses across telecoms, digital infrastructure, eGaming, and technology. He has founded, led, and advised global, regulated businesses, with hands on experience delivering ultra high availability platforms across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

His recent work spans corporate innovation, venture development, and early stage growth, alongside helping founders, boards, and investors shape strategy, enter new markets, and navigate complexity. 

Known for a pragmatic and commercial approach, he brings deep sector expertise and a strong grasp of both operational detail and big picture thinking.
